On Sunday we had a party to celebrate Aaron's 2nd birthday.

He received many thoughtful gifts.

A tool kit.

A Ducks chair for watching the games.

A lawn mower just like Papa's.

An I Spy pouch.

A soccer ball and an Elmo backpack.

And many other items that just aren't in the pics. He is a lucky boy. Then he blew out his 2 candles and we had chocolate chip cupcakes and ice cream. He calls his chocolate chips "beans".

Today is Aaron's 2nd birthday. We had a mini celebration, just the three of us, featuring his favorite dinner, cookies for dessert (with two candles in mom's hand), and a gift from Uncle Kevin and Aunt Beth.

His party is on Sunday. He is very excited for his guests to arrive and sing to him. We have reviewed the guest list daily for nearly a week.

He sings "happy birthday" very nicely. We'll try to catch a video. ;)
